Platform Rules and Player Agreement

01 Introduction

Welcome to k118. These Terms and Conditions form the legal agreement between you and k118 governing your use of the platform, including the website, mobile interface, casino games, sports betting, live casino, bingo, and all other services offered through k118.net.

By registering an account and using the k118 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

k118 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Players are encouraged to check this page periodically.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use k118, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and maintain them throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. k118 does not permit access by anyone under the legal adult age.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services or subject to any voluntary or third-party exclusion order that would restrict your access.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any service or scheme that would affect your eligibility.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete registration information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number and any other information requested during registration.
• Your registered payment method must be in your own name. You may not use another person's financial account to deposit funds into or withdraw funds from your k118 account.

k118 may require identity verification at any stage — during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any review of account activity. This may include a copy of a government-issued identity document, proof of address or payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in access restrictions or account suspension.

Employees, contractors, affiliates and associates of k118 are not eligible to hold a player account or participate in promotions without explicit written permission.

03 Account Rules

Each person may hold only one account on k118. Duplicate accounts — whether using the same personal details, the same payment method, the same device, or the same network — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are detected, k118 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or winnings arising from those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password or any two-factor authentication codes with any other person. k118 will never contact you to ask for your password. Any activity that takes place on your account while you are logged in is your responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact k118 support immediately. k118 will investigate such reports but cannot guarantee reimbursement of losses resulting from unauthorised access where proper security practices were not followed by the account holder.

k118 operates a real-money platform. Account balances are not transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the standard withdrawal process.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on k118 are processed in PKR. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer (IBFT) and debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.

k118 does not charge platform fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply its own charges, which are outside k118's control. Whatever amount arrives at k118 from your payment provider is the amount credited to your balance.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits as a standard security measure. Requests for withdrawals to a different method may require additional verification. Processing times vary by method — mobile wallet withdrawals are generally fastest, while bank transfers may take additional time depending on your bank's processing schedule.

• Withdrawal requests that have not been processed can be cancelled by the player before processing begins.
• k118 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Winnings arising from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion before withdrawal is permitted.
• k118 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems or network issues outside of its control.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

k118 offers a welcome bonus for new players on their first deposit, along with periodic reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP programme benefits. Each promotion has its own specific terms covering the qualifying deposit amount, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings. These terms are published with each individual promotion.

General rules that apply to all k118 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in bonus funds which must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be bet before bonus conversion. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering; table games may contribute at a reduced rate. The specific contribution rate is listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated by them may not exceed the maximum win cap stated in the promotion terms.
• Depositing to meet only the minimum threshold for a bonus, then immediately requesting a withdrawal without genuine play, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture.
• Multiple account holders colluding to claim bonuses, or any use of automated systems or bots in connection with bonus play, is strictly prohibited.

k118 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Players who have already activated a bonus will have their qualifying terms honoured as they were at the time of activation.

06 Gameplay and Fair Use

All casino games offered through k118 are powered by certified software from established game providers. Each title uses a Random Number Generator system that has been independently audited to confirm statistical randomness. k118 does not alter, influence or interfere with game outcomes. The published Return to Player percentages for each game reflect the long-run mathematical payout of that game's software.

Players agree not to:

• Use any software, script, bot or automated system to interact with k118 games or the betting interface in any way not available through the standard player interface.
• Deliberately exploit software errors, display glitches or game malfunctions to generate winnings. Any winnings arising from a demonstrable malfunction may be voided.
• Engage in any form of collusion with other players in games where such interaction could provide an unfair advantage.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy or replicate any aspect of k118's platform, games or systems.

k118 monitors game activity for patterns consistent with abuse, exploitation or fraud. Where such patterns are identified, k118 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account, void associated winnings and initiate an investigation before determining next steps.

07 Sports Betting Rules

The k118 sportsbook covers cricket, football, esports and other sports categories. Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant competition as confirmed by the governing body. In the case of abandoned, postponed or incomplete matches, settlement rules specific to each sport apply and are displayed in the sportsbook interface.

• Live in-play bets are accepted during active events. k118 may suspend in-play markets at any time at its discretion.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are significantly different from fair market value due to a technical error — will be voided. k118 will endeavour to honour fair odds but is not bound to settle at prices that represent a clear system error.
• Multiple bets and accumulators require all selections to be settled before the combined return is calculated. Void selections reduce the number of legs in the accumulator rather than voiding the entire bet, unless the specific bet type requires a minimum number of legs to stand.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply. These are displayed in the sportsbook for relevant markets.

Match fixing, using inside information or any form of corruption in relation to sports betting is a serious violation of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held.

08 Privacy and Data

k118 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing and platform use. The types of data collected, how it is used, how it is stored and how long it is retained are detailed in the k118 Privacy Policy.

By registering an account, you consent to k118 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You also consent to receiving account-related communications from k118 via the contact details registered on your account. Marketing communications can be opted out of through your account settings.

k118 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory bodies where legally required or operationally necessary to provide the platform's services.

09 Suspension and Account Closure

k118 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, including payment fraud or identity misrepresentation.
• Operating duplicate accounts or participating in coordinated bonus abuse.
• Use of automated systems, bots or prohibited software in connection with the platform.
• Behaviour that is threatening, abusive or harassing toward k118 staff or other users.
• Activity that k118 reasonably believes constitutes money laundering or other financial crime.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at k118's discretion, particularly where the balance arose from the activity that led to the closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting k118 support. Any eligible real-money balance will be returned via the registered withdrawal method following standard verification procedures.

10 Responsible Gaming

k118 is committed to providing tools and support that help players manage their gaming activity responsibly. Gaming is intended as a form of entertainment for adults and should remain that way. k118 does not encourage players to view gaming as a financial strategy or a way to recover financial losses.

The following tools are available to all k118 account holders from within account settings:

• Deposit limits — Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much can be deposited. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases require a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders — Set a duration after which you receive a notification that your session has reached the time you specified.
• Self-exclusion — Temporarily or indefinitely disable access to your account. Short-term cooling-off periods and longer exclusion options are both available.
• Activity history — Review your full betting and transaction history to monitor your spending over any time period.

11 Limitation of Liability

k118 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times. However, the platform is provided on an "as available" basis and k118 does not guarantee uninterrupted access, the absence of technical errors or that the platform will be free from defects at all times.

k118 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from service interruptions, maintenance periods or technical failures outside of k118's direct control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to keep login credentials secure.
• Consequential, indirect or special losses of any kind arising from the use of the platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems or network failures.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for any matter where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Changes to These Terms

k118 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, k118 will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details on their account ahead of the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the k118 platform after the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept revised terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any eligible balance.
